More than just a side dish!
It's a sunday and the wetherspoons sunday club is now fully closed... so I decided the home cooked sunday roast needs a bit of a lift.
Roasted Cauliflower is delicious as it is but here is a quick way to spice it up a little bit. The flavour might sound a little bit untraditional but it's 2016 ya'knoww!?!
All you need is a cauliflower, 50g whole hemp seeds, olive oil, 4 cloves of garlic, a teaspoon of paprika, cumin, pepper and salt.
Get a small dish suitable for oven roasting and set the oven to 180.
Drizzle the olive oil into the dish.
Spread out the cauliflower florrettes
Briefly squash the garlic cloves with a knife, however they don't need to be chopped or peeled.
Add to the dish and sprinkle over hemp seeds, and seasoning.
Place into the oven for around 20 minutes but baste them at least once for maximum flavour.
Healthy, Tasty and Hempy!
